Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or due to high order volume.

Delivery time estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

  • European Union: 6–12 business days

  • Worldwide (outside EU): 6–16 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.


Shipping costs

We offer:

  • Flat rate shipping: €4.99 per order

  • Free shipping: on orders over €50

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.


Carriers

We work with multiple shipping carriers depending on the destination country and logistics availability. The carrier used for your order will be selected automatically based on location and delivery efficiency.


Order tracking

Tracking is available for most shipments.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

Delays, lost packages, or delivery issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at:

Each case will be reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • replacement shipment

  • refund

  • carrier investigation

Resolutions are handled case by case.


Incorrect address information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs may apply.


Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the packaging

  • the damaged item

We will assess the situation and provide a solution.
