Refund policy
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at:

You may use a clear statement (e.g., email) indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return shipping costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
However, we may cover return shipping in certain cases (for example defective, damaged, or incorrect items), assessed case by case.
Condition of returned items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We recommend returning items:
- unused and in good condition
- with tags (if applicable)
- with original packaging where possible
- with proof of purchase
Lack of original packaging alone will not automatically prevent a return, but may affect any reduction in value if the item is damaged.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@nebulatrend.com if:
- the item is defective
- the item is damaged
- you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
In these cases, we will cover return shipping where appropriate.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized or custom-made products
- sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

return the original item under the withdrawal procedure, and

place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method
- processing will occur within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request
- we may delay payment until goods are returned or proof of return is provided
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
